1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Plazza.me online booking platform operated by DOO SpaceCode, registered in Montenegro (PIB: 12345678), with its registered office at Njegoševa 12, 85340 Herceg Novi, Montenegro ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using our website at plazza.me and related mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Plazza.me provides an online platform enabling users to reserve beach loungers, sunbeds, umbrellas, and associated services ("Beach Services") at partner beaches in Montenegro. We act as an intermediary between guests and beach operators; we are not the direct provider of beach services.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include all applicable taxes.
  • Payment is processed by authorised payment service providers. By completing a payment you confirm you are the authorised cardholder.
  • A fiscal receipt is issued in compliance with Montenegrin Law on Fiscalisation (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 146/21).
  • Reserved spots are held for 10 minutes during checkout. If payment is not completed within this period, the reservation is automatically released.

5. User Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
  • You must provide accurate personal information during checkout.
  • You are responsible for complying with beach rules and operator instructions on site.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent booking locks, duplicate bookings, or manipulate pricing.

6. QR Ticket and Entry

Upon successful payment you receive a QR-coded ticket by email and on-screen. Present the QR code to staff upon arrival. The ticket is valid only for the date and time slot specified. One ticket admits the number of loungers/sunbeds booked.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DOO SpaceCode or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plazza.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including disruption of beach access due to weather, force majeure, or actions of beach operators.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Herceg Novi, Montenegro.
